On April 4, we gathered at Supriya’s space for another WeCircle mindfulness session — a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

The session began with gentle yoga and movement, allowing everyone to slow down and become present in their bodies. This was followed by a heartfelt circle conversation focused on menopause, life transitions, and the importance of self-care.

What stood out most was the honesty in the room. Women shared their experiences, reflections, and simple reminders — that taking care of ourselves is not something to delay. We often wait for the right time, but this circle reminded us that we must create that time for ourselves.

It was a space of comfort, understanding, and connection — where every voice mattered and every experience was respected.

A heartfelt thank you to Supriya for opening her space and holding it with such warmth and intention.

We leave these circles with a little more clarity, a little more strength, and a deeper sense of community.
