On October 12, 2025, the women of WE Circle came together for a powerful and heartfelt discussion dedicated to breast cancer awareness — a topic that touches many lives and reminds us of the importance of early detection, self-care, and community support.
The afternoon began with a warm welcome and introductions, followed by an open conversation on breast health, prevention, and recent findings related to early diagnosis and treatment. Several participants shared personal stories, while others offered insights from their families’ experiences, creating an atmosphere of empathy, strength, and sisterhood.
We discussed the significance of monthly self-examinations, regular checkups, and annual mammograms, as well as how emotional well-being plays a vital role in recovery. The group also talked about holistic approaches — from healthy nutrition and movement to mindfulness — as part of maintaining overall wellness.
After the discussion, members enjoyed a relaxing walk and tea, symbolizing hope and unity.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined this month’s gathering. Your presence, stories, and compassion made the session both informative and inspiring.
As we close Breast Cancer Awareness Month, WE Circle encourages all women to take care of their health, schedule their screenings, and continue to support one another — because awareness, action, and connection truly save lives.
